Samuel Keselowsky, 90, of Clifford Township, PA, died Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at home. His is survived by his wife of 64 years the former, Johanna Boyko.
Born March 30, 1927 in Clifford Township, he was the son of the late John and Mary Kowalchik Keselowsky.
Prior to his retirement, Sam was simultaneously employed as both a self employed dairy farmer and at Doyle and Roth in Simpson, PA. He had a special place in his heart for animals and always opened his home to strays. Sam had a vast knowledge about John Deere tractors and enjoyed restoring them. He will be deeply missed by his faithful companion, Bailey.
He is also survived by one daughter: Mary Ann Hendrickson and husband Bob of Clifford Township, PA; several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a son: Robert Keselowsky; three brothers: John, George and Michael Keselowsky; three sisters: Anna Uhrin, Helen Lacek and Millie Whengren.
The funeral was held Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. from the Clifford Baptist Church, 519 Church Street, Clifford, PA, with Pastor Bonnie Resseguie, officiating. Interment, Willow View Cemetery, Clifford, PA.
Pallbearers: Jason Boyko, Kenneth Boyko, George Keselowsky and William Bryant.
Friends called Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the church.
Arrangements were entrusted to Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Clifford, PA.
