Lynne K. Borovicka, 64, of Hawley, PA, died Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony H. Borovicka on February 9, 2015.
Born October 22, 1957 in New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Quintin and Irene White Smith.
She is survived by a son: Anthony W. Mayer of Hawley, PA
